**Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County Unveils New Brand After Strategic Planning Process**

After an extensive eight-month strategic planning process, the Economic Development Corporation (EDC) of Sarasota County has announced its refreshed brand. The initiative reflects the county’s evolving and innovative business landscape.

To shape the new brand, the EDC conducted 14 one-on-one meetings with community leaders and government representatives. Additionally, the team held roundtable discussions and distributed surveys to gather input. Interviews with board members also played a key role, focusing on identifying keywords and visions for the rebrand.

The EDC expressed enthusiasm about sharing the results of this collaborative effort with the community. The updated brand symbolizes the organization's commitment to driving economic development in Sarasota County.
