A bomb threat was reported earlier today at Pine View School for the Gifted. The Sarasota County Schools Police Department, along with local law enforcement, conducted a thorough investigation and search in response to the threat. They have determined that the threat was noncredible.

Pine View School has emphasized that the safety of students, staff, and the school community is their top priority. They expressed gratitude for the prompt and professional response from law enforcement, as well as appreciation for the patience and cooperation shown by families, staff, and community members during the incident.
