The Job Trainers at North Port High School are Tami Uecker, Shannon McGuire, and Victoria Noyes. They provide "on-the-job" training for students, aiming to build skills and confidence necessary for success in the workforce.

The trainers have facilitated achievements among their students, such as a SAILS student reaching his goals at Publix, an Enterprise student being promoted to Supervisor of the Cat Kitchen, and a STARS student contributing to the growth of the Blue Bin program. They work to advocate for their students, demonstrating their abilities to the community.

By partnering with local businesses and organizations, the trainers create pathways for student success. They emphasize that their students teach them about believing in the potential for success in challenging situations.
